Data protection officer
No data protection officer has been appointed. Azralia is a small, non-commercial project and does not meet the thresholds under Article 37 GDPR that would require one.
Hosting and server log files
This site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany. Every access to the site is automatically recorded by the hosting provider's server in a log entry: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This happens automatically for every visit and is not linked to any other data, since none is collected. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably.
Recipients and international transfers
No data is passed to any party beyond the hosting provider named above, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. This site loads no third-party services — no analytics, no font APIs, no embeds — so no data leaves the European Union.
Storage period
Server access and error logs are rotated daily and kept for 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. See Cookie settings for details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to (Art. 15), rectification of (Art. 16) or erasure of (Art. 17) your personal data, to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object to its processing (Art. 21). Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place on this site.
